Our store accepts defective and non-defective returns and permits exchange requests. Contact us within 30 days after the order is delivered. All eligible products must be new and unused, preserved in original condition, and returned with the original packaging, labels or tags, accessories, and included contents.
The approved return method is mail. A free return label is included inside the package, and there is no restocking fee. Changing one's mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong item are valid non-defective reasons. We also assist with goods that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, missing parts, or substantially different from the description.
First request authorization using the order number, checkout email, and a clear explanation. Add photos or video of the merchandise and packaging for damage, defect, incorrect fulfillment, or missing components. Never send an unauthorized parcel. A requested exchange can proceed only if suitable stock remains.
We send an approved refund to the original payment method and process it within 10 days. The card issuer or bank may add its own posting interval.
